What are the Benefits of Breathwork?

for body, mind & soul

Breathwork is a dynamic and powerful healing modality on the cutting edge of trauma therapy today.

Feel more balanced and harmonized in your body, mind, spirit and emotions.

What Is Breathwork & Why Do We Need It?

Unresolved trauma in your past can make you feel stuck and unsure as to why you can’t move on. Integrative Breathwork therapy with Spiraldance Breathwork™ utilizes a somatic approach for trauma integration and stress release to re-pattern the body-mind system.

Breathwork with Spiraldance Breathwork™ utilizes a facilitated conscious, circular breath which can sometimes bring about mystical experiences or support direct heart-opening experience of Divine Love and help you connect to your intuition. Sessions are a wonderful compliment to traditional talk therapy.

How Does It Work?

In today’s busy world, it can be hard to get beyond the over-thinking mind. By bridging the conscious and subconscious parts of ourselves, Spiraldance Breathwork™ Sessions activate both the unconscious pain as well as the infinite joy of being alive to initiate your own body’s innate wisdom to guide you exactly where you need to breathe, open, and let go.

“Studies are revealing that, by changing the patterns of breathing, it is possible to restore balance to the stress response systems, calm an agitated mind, relieve symptoms of anxiety and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), improve physical health and endurance, elevate performance, and enhance relationships.”
