Life can sometimes feel small but we really are all connected and we can find meaningful and supportive ways to give back- to ourselves and others at the same time! This Breathwork Journey benefit is an opportunity to deepen into your own healing, restore & recover from the pre-holiday stress and unwind with your own breath while supporting a good local cause. Give yourself the opportunity to go inwards and be nourished you’re your breath, in a beautiful space along with a curated soulful musical playlist. All registration fees will go to benefit the Freeport Community Services Food Pantry. We look forward to pausing, reflecting, breathing deeply and raising some money for FCS together!
