Autumn is a time of reflection and deepening. In eastern philosophy, fall is the season of the grief and letting go. When we’re hurried in our days, we can forget to drop our shoulders and breathe deeply and reflect on the real and lasting changes of our lives.

Join long-time Breathwork facilitator, Tania Zuckerman and integrative life coach, Kate Bathras in a quiet nature scape with opportunity to be still and move stagnant energy with a soulful journey with Breathwork.

Each moment of deepening, helps us to align in the frwquency of our innate alive nature- renewed and clarfified for the months ahead.

Experience the power and potency of your own breath for healing along with the benefits of sacred writing and reflection.

Offered in a serene setting in Freeport, Maine- join others in a quiet respite and deep inward process.

Offering includes:

  • Guided Breathwork Journey (conscious, connected Breathwork)

  • Journal prompts & reflection

  • Intentional integration circle for sharing/reflection

  • Quiet time in nature

  • Light lunch of salad & snacks

Re-align with your creative potential and find grounding and reflection in the start of autumn with this nourishing half-day offering. We look forward to sharing this day with you!

Details on the journal offering:

During this reflective writing session, we'll continue working with the element of air and the season of fall as we tune in to ourselves and what is present for us following the morning's breathwork session and time outdoors.  Using the written word as a vehicle for the movement of energy and emotion, we'll practice playing with creative flow as a way of connecting more deeply with ourselves and the present moment.  Optional sharing and listening to one another's work will be part of our shared experience.  No writing experience necessary - this exercise will be guided and designed to meet you exactly where you are.  Please bring a journal and something to write with.

The Spiraldance Breathwork Elements of Nature Mini-Retreat Series is part of a series offered seasonally to connect deeper to the elements of nature with breath and other guided somatic and healing modalities.
