Nothing blooms the moment the ground thaws—before the body can change, it has to feel supported. Join Leah Foti, owner of Cultivating Thyme Wellness and long-time breathwork practitioner Tania Zuckerman of Spiraldance Breathwork at the Spring Equinox threshold to soften winter’s hold and prepare for spring from the inside out. Together, we’ll move, breathe, and gather in community to support grounding, embodiment, and your own inner digestive fire. 

During this “in-between” time, as the winter begins to recede and spring-thaw is on the horizon- be guided to move your body and expand into what is blossoming within you. Invite your own conscious breathing to awaken digestive fires and support embodiment. And welcome in this Spring thawing, before the bloom, with a supportive and nourishing shared mindful meal. 

Coming together in community, on the mat, and with our breath and body’s- we invite the winter melting and prepare for spring from the inside out. 

This workshop includes: 45-minutes of guided Somatic Movement to get the energy flowing, followed by a supine guided Breathwork Journey using conscious, connected breathing to deepen the opening, and concludes with a slowing down mindful meal with nourishing soup and salad along with gentle integrative practices of journaling and an intentional sharing/listening circle. 

Instill the balance from your own healthy living through this embodied flow practice and welcome in this threshold time of inner blooming. We look forward to sharing this day with you!                                 

Schedule: Guided somatic movement + deep stretch, followed by a supine breathwork journey using conscious connected breathing. We’ll close with a healthy meal and mindful nourishment experience.
