“I went to the woods because I wished to live deliberately, to front only the essential facts of life, and see if I could not learn what it had to teach, and not, when I came to die, discover that I had not lived.” Henry David Thoreau

Flowing- A Women’s Yoga & Breathwork Retreat
Breathwork + Yoga + Deep Nourishment + Nature
Friday, May 3rd (please arrive at 4:30 pm) - Sunday, May 5th (departure 10:00 am)
Casco, Maine (lakeside- Sebago Lake)
As Mother Nature’s streams begin to melt, expand, and abundantly flow, our own nature as humans on this Earth body are encouraged to do the same.
Join Genell Huston of Lila Yoga and Tania Zuckerman of Spiraldance Breathwork for a weekend accessing your own vibrant flow this late Spring. When our own inner waters are nourished and cleared, we can access our own unique being in this world and feel more connected.
The weekend will include various rituals and practices to help us remember our true nature and allow for nourishment and connection. We will gather on the shores of a beautiful pristine lake in Maine to breathe, be, move mindfully, share honestly, nourish deeply, and listen intently.
We will explore using various alleys to support opening to more generative sources of energy and flow together. Whether taking a dip in the hot tub or cold plunge in Sebago Lake, deepening our breath with a transformational Breathwork Session, stretching our limbs in a yoga class, sharing in circle with intentionality and reflection, or co-creating a mindful meal that is sprouting and growing in the Earth around us to support our own healing and vitality- this unique collaborative is a perfect pre-Mother’s Day get-away.
Connect & nourish yourself this spring with a Women’s Retreat- join us!
