We all need nature to remind us to slow down and return to the simplicity in life. The seasons and elements of the natural world helps us make sense of complexities in our world.
Return to the sacred pulse of the seasons and cycles of nature- as well as the four sacred elements of Earth, Air, Water & Fire. The MARCH Elements of Nature Mini-Retreat is designed to give YOU a respite- to slow down and connect with the natural world- but also to deepen into the exploratory practice of Breathwork with Tania Zuckerman, Spiraldance Breathwork- a guided conscious, connected breathing session combining a soulful musical soundtrack as well as other guided practices by Guest Teachers offering supportive practices around the theme.
March Elements of Nature Retreat is focused on Late Winter/Early Spring- and the element of WATER. A time of year with still frozen ice, cold temperatures and yet an inner yearning for us all to find FLOW. Not too fast, but enough to tap into the inner lifespring of our vital nature.
In this Elements of Nature Mini-Retreat, you will be guided on a 50-minute soulful, supine Breathwork journey to move to move stagnant energy and awaken clear insight with Tania Zuckerman of Spiraldance Breathwork Session- a soulful, supine breathing session. Focusing on the sacred element of WATER, you will be supported in a somatic movement practice, led by Jamie Worster of Radiant Rhythms. Then, deepen you practice with nature connection, journaling and- a perfect late winter renewal- an outdoor SAUNA.
Water reminds us how to feel, adapt, and return to our own inner rhythms. As we attune to our inner waters, we create space for clarity, emotional nourishment, and renewed vitality. You are water - let yourself move, ripple and shine. Come away with more clarity, aliveness and restoration.
Packing list and directions provided upon time of registration. Light nourishment will be provided. This is an indoor event in a beautiful restored barn followed by an outdoor nature connection element and outdoor sauna. Space is limited. REGISTER NOW!

In the last two decades, ketamine has been increasingly studied and utilized, at much lower doses, as an off-label treatment for mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma and other ailments.
